刘治国，华东师范大学教授，博士生导师。主要研究领域为椭圆函数论、基本超几何级数理论、数论及天才数学家Ramanujan遗留的诸多问题。在Adv. Math.、Trans. Amer. Math. Soc.、J. Combin. TheorySer. A等高水平期刊发表70多篇研究论文。
报告摘要：
TheHermite polynomials, first introduced by Laplace in 1810, are one of theclassic orthogonal polynomials, which arise in probability, combinatorics,numerical analysis, number theory, and physics. Over the past two hundredyears, mathematicians have done a lot of research on the Hermite polynomialsand obtained many results. In this talk I will introduce the concept of theHermite series and prove an expansion theorem for the analytic function inseveral variables. With this expansion theorem, we can recover the Mehler formula,the Nielsen formula, the Weisner fromula for the Hermite polynomials easily.
