报告人简介：
中国科学院院士，发展中国家科学院院士，江苏师范大学、北京师范大学教授。现任江苏师范大学数学研究院院长，陈木法院士主要从事概率论及其相关领域的研究，在特征值估计、谱理论、遍历理论、耦合理论、Q过程以及无穷交互作用粒子系统等领域作出了突出贡献，2002年受邀在北京国际数学家大会作45分钟报告。
报告摘要：
The talk consists of three parts. The first one is from the ergodic theorem of Markov chain to Hua's fundamental theorem on the optimization of economics. The second one is the Hua's revised version and the author's modification of Hua's theorem. The third one is the computational algorithms on the maximal eigenpair of the structure matrix in the economic system. Some examples are illustrated.
