黎稳，华南师范大学二级教授、中国数学会理事。曾任中国计算数学学会理事。主要研究方向为数值代数及其应用。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目五项，参与一项广东省与国家自然科学基金联合重大项目。在著名学术刊物《Numer Math》、《SIAM J Optim》、《SIAM J Matrix Anal Appl》、《SIAM J Imaging Sci》、《J Sci Comput》和《Pattern Recognition》等发表学术论文多篇。成果《数值代数中若干问题研究》和《结构张量的理论、计算与应用》分别于2012 和 2021 以第一完成人身份获广东省科学技术奖自然科学奖二等奖。
报告摘要：
In this talk, we develop a new non-convex robust principal componentanalysis model, which minimizes aweighted combination of non-convex tensor rank approximation function and theweighted lp -norm to attain a tighter approximation. The proposed non-convexoptimization model can be solved efficiently by the alternating directionmethod of multipliers . The convergent analysis is also discussed. Numericalexperiments for both image recovery and surveillance video background modelingdemonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
